Place your beef into the freezer for around 15 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients - this will make it easier to slice thin later.
Trim the top of the onion and slice thinly. Slice bell peppers into thin strips as well. (See the video for a great tip to get more out of your bell peppers!)
1/2 Bell Pepper, 1/4 Sweet Onion
Grab the beef from the freezer and thinly slice/shave 150 grams.
150 g Outside Round Roast
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, peppers, onion, and beef. Season and toss occasionally, but not too often, until lightly browned.
1 tsp Olive Oil, Steak Spice
Add cheese directly to the pan, directly on top of the beef and veggies. Cover the pan and cook until melted, around 1-2 minutes.
2 Slices Low Fat Mozzarella
When your cheese is almost done melting, warm your roll in the microwave for around 20 seconds. Slice it open, add in the cheesy steak mix, and enjoy!
