- 100 g Low-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 100 ml Orange Juice see notes
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 packet Sweetener
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum see notes
- 2 cups Ice see notes
Instructions
- Starting with the ice, add all of the ingredients to your blender. Blend on high for ~3 minutes, or until the mixture has doubled in size.
